Great man - Loves Music!

Tony Blackburn really should have been recognised long ago. I grew up listening to him in the 1960s and he has shown a constant appreciation of great music (from then to now) and knowledge of musical history which he shares freely. He is loved by many people, young and older, and his sunny personality is a welcome breath of fresh air in a world of sound bites and the 'next big thing'. He's also been a great advert for the UK for over 50 years and is a veritable asset!

Tony has always been my favourite DJ I remember him opening Radio one with Flowers in the rain and before that on radio Caroline and radio London.if anyone deserve s knighthood Tony Does.
