dude I just realized how right you are because it doesn't make any sense for them to have all of the last characters on Storm 4 and they forget the main villain of the Movie Naruto the last it's just crazy man. You totally got my Sign to this petition because you out right deserved it man.

Add Toneri, Ashura and Indra because it makes sense to have them since madara,Harishima, naruto, and sasuke are reincarnation of them. Mitsuki should be in game too. Might as well add Shin Uchiha

Where is wall running in storm 4 besides story mode, where is toneri, and where's the justu clashes? I saw one in the story mode. They could've at least put that in vs mode. Please do something about this for the story is limited, while the core gameplay has more life. Think about it.

Hanabi dit nothing in the movie, yet she has more flashy moveset than jugo, karin suigetsu and orochimaru who have been there throughout the movie. How can you then exclude toneri the main star of the movie. TL
Sasuke too did nothing yet he has a nice moveset. Why ?

We need Toneri, it would be silly not to add the main villain from The last: Naruto the movie. When we have Sasuke, Naruto, Hinata, Sakura and even Hokage Kakashi. Toneri is a must.
