No reason to convert a residential property to a school. Use existing commercial property.

I agree that the traffic will be unbearable. Taxes will rise and property values will go down. Do we need this. Lets keep toms river the way it is a good community, that we all love and enjoy living here. Thank you

I do not want the zoning to change in toms river. We have over built as it is, therefore, it must stop.
