AGREED. Church Rd. is busy enough in this residential area of Toms River. We don't need any other reason to decrease values in our neighborhood.

I agree! I hope there is a lot of support at the town meeting.

This should be only residential area

The rules are the rules. They can't just come in and do what they want. So this shouldn't even be an issue. The house is a home and shouldn't be used as a school or for commercial use.

The traffic on Church Road is unbearable. Approval of this variance will only worsen the situation. This road cannot accommodate the kind of traffic approval of this variance will produce. Please reject this!

Zoning and planning boards designate areas for schools and religious use for a reason. As we allow variances for individual groups anarchy is encouraged. What's to stop every residential home from becoming a "church"? Where have we seen that before???

As a nearby resident I oppose thus variance. Thus area has already been taxed with additional traffic with the new OCC road & the influx of additional vehicles will increase traffic issues. Additionally the drain on sewer, water & other utilities in not needed. A school without adequate tax payments dies not help reduce the stress of post-Sandy tax increases.

No variance!! Keep Toms River the suburban park like town that it is... Not a metropolis like Lakewood has become

Against a commercial buildin in a residential zone on church road

I agree that this area should remain residential. Church Road is congested now and will only stand to become more heavily traveled with the presence of a school.

I lived in Lakewood all of my life and had to move due to what was happening in that town. Please do not let the same thing happen to Toms River. Use Lakewood as an example.
