This cannot happen. There is already so much traffic on Church Road because of OCC. It's not fair to the rest of us who work hard to maintain our nice single family homes and neighborhoods.

I believe the area needs to stay residential not have a potentially huge business invade making life for the families more difficult. Property taxes are high enough. I feel this would keep people from moving to the beautiful area and perhaps cause people to leave their roots.

If it doesnt meet the requirements of a residential area under the law, it should not and cannot be approved. Theres no way we should have to face increased taxes for an unlawful zoning.

We have zoning laws for a reason; and since the Rabbi has already ignored the zoning laws, there is no reason to change them

It would be a terrible precedence to set in allowing the residential parcel to become a school for this community of people. Without sounding prejudice, yet living in Lakewood for the many years while it transformed, these types of adjustments/requests are only designed to undermine the integrity of a township. The only thing to come from this being allowed is a flood of like requests that will piggyback on the previous. Please do not set Toms River up for long term failure while still being able to do so and preserve the quality it now provides to the current community.

This should not be in question. There should be no harassment taken place at someone's front door, about selling a home. This is not wanted in the silverton section of toms river. Those in question should be banned from what they are doing, whether I have a no-knock sticker or not.
