They should've followed the manga in my opinion. They left out a lot of good scenes and information. It could've been better in my opinion.

This needs to happen!! Have it be a faithful adaptation of the manga, Tsukiyama should not be introduced until the latter parts of the series and whatnot. Would be so flipping good.

MADHOUSE is fantastic at what they do-- their adaptations are always right on point, and I never seem to be disappointed. I think that this is the kind of treatment that Tokyo Ghoul really deserves; doubly so due to the fact that Studio Pierrot absolutely slaughtered my favorite manga,

There is so much potential with the manga, and while the anime had a great feel to it, they cut so many corners with fleshing it out that the end result was a rushed disaster with good visuals and a nice soundtrack

The anime for Tokyo Ghoul did not give the manga justice at all.

Tokyo Ghoul is an awesome Manga that needs to be animated properly which means following the manga and great development of Kaneki.
