Tokyo Ghoul is just a manga which if it gets the right adaptation, will destroy the anime world with its epicness and hype. Studio Pierrot just ruined it so much.... If only they had not butchered the story.

TOKYO ghoul had potential to be one of the best psychological anime with the likes of Evangelion or Serial Experiments Lane . But the pacing by the studio ruined it. I never understood why they tried to fit such a beautiful masterpiece by Sui Ishida into a 12 Episode season. If it had 24 episodes per season and there were 4 seasons even then I would have watched it. TOKYO ghoul deserves better than what it got.
