we can no longer stand by silently when many of our citizens have had our cars broken into both at home and in public parking lots in broad daylight. We have been robbed in busy shopping areas

My mom got an accident and got hurt. Two cars were blocking traffic. I helped her by calling the police by phone and guess what. They came 3 and a half hours later. Today, we see homeless everywhere. The city keeps building more homeless apartments for them. My house suddenly dropped the value significantly, and many homeless people are walking around my neighborhood today. The broke car windshield and glasses to steal stuff. When there was nothing inside, they still break the glass to open the trunk. Through the security camera, we recorded the theft, but the police said they couldn't do anything. I don't know why we keep paying our tax money to them. You should all aware, 40% of our salary goes to taxes, and a huge portion of it goes to the city, which they are paying to who help homeless people. It is not like I don't have compassion for them but instead provide them housing and money, why encouraged them to find a job and get back on their feet, instead become a burden to our society. If they don't want to work, then it's their choice. Nothing free in this world anyway. Don't tell me there is no job out there for them. I have been working with the employment team and there are so many positions available. They are just lazy and want to collect the government financially, have free housing, and still breaking to our house and car just to get a few dollars for drugs and alcohol. Our city is closely become a dumpster just like San Francisco is, and the major and of the city and governor of Cali are careless.
