I feel Todd has proven himself as worthy of taking on the duties as Executive Director of the GCGA. I am frankly surprised that he was not at the top of the list for consideration.

I am literally sick to my stomach that this petition even exists. There is no one better for this job than Todd.

I have seen Todd at many tournaments. He deserves to be the Executive Director. It is a shame that anyone else would be considered.

Having worked closely with Todd on numerous USGA qualifying tournaments as well as GCGA events his professionalism and experience has always been keys to successful events. His passion and comittment will only continue to elevate the GCGA into one of the leading Golf Associations in the country. It would be an injustice to pass over a talented individual like Todd Johnson. I urge the Board to do the right thing and reconsider their decision. Golf needs individuals like Todd.

To whom it concerns, My son Patrick a junior has participated in the GCGA for the past four seasons. During this time I have noticed three major things: The quality of the tournaments Golf sites has increased tremendously, both the venues and the professional registration staff and GCGA tents. The web site has made tracking of the amateur golfers a great tool not only to follow your own children, but also the other local golfers of interest. Last but not least the willingness of Todd and his support staff to work with the local golfers to speed up play, help place (seed) them and guide them in each an every tournament.

I can’t imagine a better candidate for the executive director position at the GCGA than Todd Johnson. He has done a fantastic job running the GCGA tournaments and USGA qualifiers for as long as I can remember. In addition to this, his connections and relationships in the golf community of Greater Cincinnati make him the perfect candidate for the job.

Someone needs to explain why he didn't already get the job.

having played in several senior met tournaments and being a caddy for my son Scott in many city tournaments,I was always extremely impressed by the way the GCGA tourneys were conducted. Todd Johnson was always a big part of that success. For this reason plus the eleven years of dedicated service to GCGA , He certainly is well qualified and deserves to be the next Executive Director.

In my 6 years in Cicncinnati, I have seen the work that Todd Johnson does not only at the event, but for the events behind the scenes. His dedication to details, is what has allowed the GCGA to grow not only with adult touramnet particpation, but with the 1905 Junior Golf Tour, in which Todd has established a foundation for the future of tournament golf in Cincinnati.

With Todd Johnson you get a first class guy running a first class organization....any other decision would be a travesty.

Todd has the contacts, knows the players so why try to reinvent the wheel?
