Recently local shops have been prohibited from selling all tobacco products (excluding cigarettes) that contain a characterizing flavor other than menthol, mint or wintergreen. All flavored tobacco products period (flavored cigars, hookah/shisha tobacco)and all moist smokeless tobacco products (snus) have all been banned from sale. Whats the reason behind this sudden ban? There is no logical explanation behind it. Shouldnt this ban be declared unconstitutional? Fellow NYC resident hookah shisha smokers please join and sign this petition to bring back hookah tobacco, flavored cigars, and snus.
