I found the dark side of the ToastMasters. And I believe it can be improved.

I also am concerned that TI has too much capital, capital that is generated by members fees, that is not being used but instead being acclimated in various accounts amounting to millions of dollars Us.
I also believe that TI is not directing enough, or should direct much more capital, into advertising Toastmasters into all domestic domains.

As an organization whose slogan is 'Where Leaders are Made" we need to consider new ideas. I think that it should be examined to see if it is feasible.

It certainly makes sense to rethink the way the toastmasters decision process remains in some way democratically grounded in the clubs. A direct vote could be an possibility. It is also important to have informed and interested electors. My opinion is that it would already help a lot if the handover to next club executive is after the world toastmasters convention rather than right before, as now.

Direct voting is democratic and thousands of companies make this easy for their shareholders, the same can be done by TI.

Why is it that less than 500 individuals seem to have more power than the over 16000 clubs? Online voting needs to be in place within a year to make our organisation more democratic.

Yes, I think Toastmasters can accelerate growth within modern organization. Anyway, we are still talking about communication and leadership.
