I ,ve been watching Yand R since 1973,please stop firing great talent ,I love to hate Adam ,he is phenomenal and I see glimpses of his blindness and his inner fight that he has within himself .I can see all of that in his expressions on his face ,He cannot be replaced !

Although there are a lot of good actors/actresses on the show, Michael (aka Adam brought a lot of life to Y&R. He is an outstanding actor.

I have been watching Y&R from the beginning (although very young). I have had to work through the years and have missed long periods of time. So I ALWAYS enjoy the "memories" or "nightmares" when past clips are shown. Now I have been watching for about 5 years straight through thanks to soap channel and now tvgn. I have LOVED to hate and love Adam. I do NOT want him to be played by ANY other person. If he leaves I will have to question racing home to catch the 6:00 show.

Michael Muhney is the only actor I can visualize playing Adam Newman. Big mistake letting him go. Still not comfortable with the other cast changes as of late & may stop watching Y&R altogether.
