You need to rehire Michael. He makes the show, Michael is an excellent actor. He does not have to be replaced in 6 mo, he needs to continue NOW.

Big mistake letting Michael Muhney (Adam) go. His character is a big part of this show. He is the only one that can play this guy. Please bring him back.

In the last year or so, I have seriously contemplated stop watching Y&R after 30+ years. Once they started going with outrageous story lines, such as totally changing Sharon--allowing the character Victor to steal, murder, betrayal, and unbelievable stories and viewers were biting at the bits to see some payback as Victor is the center of all revelations and NOW remove one of the characters that keeps the loyal fans watching hoping that the 'writers' return to what made Y&R The #1 show for years. You have chosen to remove the KEY characters without any consideration of what is the mainstay of the show. I hate to say it, but my husband is right---as a faithful viewer from day#1--patience is not a choice anymore. Bring BACK what the viewers want!

Y & R is the only soap I watch any more and sometimes I'm wondering if I should stop that one, too. Leave the character alone. He does a great job.
