Please, I am a 36 year viewer of Y and R. I have several family and friends who watch this show. Everyone is not only bored with the story line but some have vowed to stop watching when Billy Miller was not recontracted. That reaction was nothing compared to this. Michael makes this whole show. He is the only reason I still watch it. Fantastic actor, This is ludicrous to let somebody amazing like him go. #1 is going to tank. Your fans are your customers, please if you listen to nothing else, this is a big big big mistake. Bring him back. Everyone loves him

This news is both shocking and very sad. Been a fan for 23 yrs and this is one decision that Y+R should reconsider!!! There will only be one Adam Newman!!! Loss of so many big talents = loss of fans. Very disappointed the the direction Y+R has been headed!!
