Michael Muhney is one of your best actors, please rethink this, and please rethink your decision about Billy Miller, another fine actor. I've been watching for 30 years and I think they need to let go of the person who is making these decisions.

He is more a part of the heart and soul of this soap opera then many others. If he was controversial to the producers, be adults and get over it. That makes him a better actor and shows he cares about his character, the fans and the show itself.

Michael Muhney is Adam Newman. Y&R is one of my favorite shows and I have watched it since I was little girl. I am now 38 years old. Y&R is the first thing I look at when I come home and I look forward to it. The main reason is Michael Muhney. He is one of the best actors on the show and please be aware that you will lose several viewers including myself from letting Michael Muhney go. Big mistake. First, Billy and now Adam. I can live without Billy but I really really like Michael Muhney who plays Adam. The show has been stale for a while and Adam is what keeps the show going. He will be missed and Y&R has lost a viewer. Bring him back!!!!

Why would you fire an actor who is obviously doing such a great great job and yet keep actors (male or female) who add nothing to show to interest or keep viewers. And you do have several of those. I don't know who you use on your focus groups, but I cannot imagine why anyone would choose to eliminate Michael Muhney. Big mistake.

i also have watched with my mom for 36 yrs.This person that is firing all the wonderful actors needs to be FIRED. Michael is the only actor that could pull Adam off this well. If he goes I have too. Hope all the upper management reads these comments and know that Y&R won't ever be # 1 again.

My favorite soap for 34 yrs has been going down the toilet under the JFP regime. MM is the best thing about the show & the only reason I still watch. You will lose another longtime viewer if you let MM go. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!! KEEP MM ON Y & R!!!!

Y & R has made some bad choices this year and all I wanted was some happiness for Adam and Billy so if they replace Adam I'm sure I will be done with the show after 40 years!!

There are a lot of other actors on this show that should go. Michael is amazing, and I don't even like the character of Adam! But he acts it well.
