I think letting Adam go along with Billy Nd Phyliss is really hurting the show. There aren't many characters I really like butBilly and Afam are 2 characters the definitely need to keep the show going.

Michael is an actor the likes of which we rarely see come along. He took on the role of "Adam Newman" and played is beautifully. He did so after another actor exited which makes it even harder filling those shoes. He has done that well. His firing is without a doubt unprofessional and frankly, a disgrace! I have been watching Y & R for over 30 years. I don't know what they are thinking, but the actions of execs over there are making me wonder if I wish to continue to watch. Letting Michelle Stafford and Billy Walker walk because of money issues (even though I know Michelle also had her own project). Signing Michael to a new contract just months ago, no firing him. Firing Hartley Sawyer as well and the tragic loss of Jeanne Copper. Bring back MIchael or I assure you, millions will TUNE OUT. WE (the fans) put you at #1 for 25 years! Maybe you should start listening to US!

Please do not let Adam go. He makes the show. Get rid of your b talent who is Cane, Lily, Devon, and more Adam is a star. You have already done wrong bye killing off Deliah, replacing Billy, now you want to replace Adam, your rating will drop dramtically. What gives??

As of Jan 30, I am DONE after 35 years of loyalty. I remember when Victor & Nikki met (thanks to Col. Douglas Austin) but this is the final straw. I'M DONE!!!

If anyone should be fired it should be Jill Farren Phelps. All one has to do is Google her name to see how much she has ruined a multitude of soaps in the past several years. She should not have fired Michael. He is one of the best actors on this show. This decision CAN be over turned if someone in a higher position than JFP listens.

With all of the recent hits to the young and the restless, this show can not survive without Michael as Adam. Get over your personal issues for the good of the show.

I started watching Y&R when I was 15yrs old. That was 22yrs ago. If MM is taken from the show, then honestly I will stop watching. Right now I PVR it, skip most scenes to watch Chadam scenes. Gook luck generating a new Generation of Viewers. Chadam was Hot (have you seen the YouTube Fan videos of these two?!) and Adam Newmans Character was complex and interesting. Muhuney will continue being successful at whatever he chooses to do with his career, (not because of your writers but because he's an amazing actor) unfortunately Y&R may not be as successful.
