I don't suffer from it but sometimes get a bit of acid when I eat the wrong stuff or am massively stressed.Therefore, I can imagine that what u guys get which is (a recognised disease and far worse) all the time can be very upsetting and life disrupting. U have my sympathy and support :-) Good luck!

IBD sufferers should have as much assistance as possible from the Gibraltar Health Authority

We should also have more stoma assistance that's is more forgotten
