Wanneer feitelijke rechtsverkrachting, niet meer herkend blijkt te kunnen worden door invloedrijke regeringsleiders, - overheden die naar de gunsten van onderdanen streven - , zullen deze medeschuldig worden aan steeds meer onrecht, met degenen die weg blijven kijken, dat uiteindelijk bevestiging zal opeisen om als standaard te worden gezien, van wat 'men' als recht en rechtvaardigheid 'beschrijft'.
