To stop McDonalds at Lyde Green, Bristol

A drive through fast food restaurant does not fit in with the Original village theme of Emersons and lyde green. There will be loads of litter, rowdy teans will congregate and cause a disturbance and there will be an increase in traffic. Plus it's locality will make it a stop off for motorway traffic once the new link road is out in. Not what Emersons green needs. Land should be used for community leisure as was originally intended.

We don't need this - there is one 5 minutes up the road in Longwell Green. This is an excess and not in keeping with Emerson's Green.

An absolute definite NO.

We need leisure facilities or independent businesses far more than a Mcdonalds or any other large fast food chain.

This would go against the green, village environment that Lyde Green was promoted as. Also, the anti social behaviour that goes hand in hand with these chains is a huge concern in such a large family orientated residential estate.

103 Willowherb Road I am wholly against this planning application. This has been snuck in and is not part of the Lyde Green ethos for a village community. Another issue that would be attracted by a McDonalds is Joy Riders/Boy Racers using it as a focus for their night time races- already a problem but surely one that would get worse!

Laurel Drive Lyde Green. I object to MacDonalds being on Lyde Green.

We need more leisure facilities. We do not need anymore fast food outlets - there is already Dominoes and Subway

I have concerns about the level of anti social behaviour as well as the impact on the development which is totally out of keeping with the original concept which we had bought into.
