Will cause too much trouble and there are already too many McDonald's within a 4 mile radius.

A new way to reduce your property value, create traffic problems, litter and noise issues. Lets put a 24hour MuckDonalds on a new residential housing 'village'. What fool in the council will pass this.........

We are already seeing problems with youths and gangs, a McDonald's will cause too much trouble. Lyde green is not what the area is all about.

There is already a McDonald's 5 mins down the road. When I have saved for 8 years with my partner to afford our own house the last thing I want is the antisocial behaviour that will come with a fast food restaurant. These houses in lyde green aren't exactly cheap and the rats that the litter will bring is a big no!

Building McDonald's in a residential location is wrong and sinister.

A McDonald's so close to the main road will be unsafe. Not only this, but with the skate park near by this may encourage younger people to congregate around the development cause noise pollution and litter problems for the local residence which could also lead to antisocial behaviour. With a McDonald's on longwell green another one 5 minutes down the road is unnecessary.

After to going to Mc Donald's in Longwell Green and noticing first hand ASB on numerous occasions, bearing in mind this is not located near any houses, I feel building a Mc Donalds in Lyde Green would be detrimental in the middle of an area which will soon comprise of 2,500 homes.

The road system can't cope with the traffic demand now. Let alone with lyde green development and a possible McDonald.

This proposal will encourage anti social behaviour, mass littering of Lyde Green, a meet up for boy racers and speeding through the residential area the smell from MacDonald's will be unacceptable, increase of traffic with large delivery lorries, it needs to be built on a retail park not a housing estate if it needs to be built at all, they could take on the existing Lidl's shop at Emerson green.

This McD proposed development is another example of them moving their outlets into residential areas.

Not only will having a McDonalds lead to increased congestion, it will also lead to anti-social behaviour and noise pollution to nearby residents.
There are already enough retail facilities already built and planned nearby.
What local residents wish is to have the land designated for leisure/sports facilities. As there are not sufficient locally unless you travel by car!!! A swimming pool would be of much better use.

no more fast food ,we don't need them, we need family friendly facilities, after all this time we are short of a swimming pool & a post office, so think again
