Presenting major Tamil speaking community (approx. 300,000 among Indian population in Qatar). Experiencing very bad in the term of travel to our beloved home country from here while for vacation or in emergencies etc., Facing lot of troubles to travel as NO direct flights to any part of Tamilnadu. As most of the community belongs to south Tamilnadu in and around Tiruchirappalli, request our country ministries to look into the matter seriously and take action to start direct air services to Tiruchirappalli. We Pay our sincere thanks in advance if our wish would come true. We would like to promote our national carrier rather than paying more to other carriers despite getting poor respect guarantied. Importantly, As many working in oil fields shuttling monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, experiencing too difficulties transiting to 1 or 2 locations to reach their homes.

Hope Honorable Indian Ministry would take appropriate action toward this regard in starting air services from Doha to Tiruchirappalli and include Tiruchirapalli International Airport under BASA Agreement.
