A coyote uses the power line trail between 4 & 5 PM lately. Is the animal attracted to the smells of the dogs that walk the trail?

I, too, agree that the location of a dog park on Breckinridge is a bad idea. Long term maintenance costs, liability concerns, rules per using, are just some of my concerns here - and why I am opposed. I also have some concerns about the process for selection of the current site; it was not transparent, at least to me.

We agree that the location of the dog park is a poor choice and an eyesore. The location of any dog park should have been agreed upon by the residents of Four Seasons.

Although we come from different backgrounds and communities throughout California and elsewhere, the thread that holds us together is the fact we love our community for all it beauty and nature that surrounds us each and every day. FSB was developed as a retirement community for all of us to enjoy years to come. Let keep it that way!

Love dogs, but we don’t need another set of problems. We also need to stop adding any amenities until the $100,000 conservancy crisis is resolved.

Love Four Seasons amenities. However, due to my illness I have a bad reaction to any animal dander. This dog park will be very unhealthy for me and I may be forced to move. There is a large park on Potrero that can be used, yes?

Love dogs but don’t think this is the appropriate place.

I agree about the location. Not good for the environment adjacent to the corral. No water availability for animals or humans. Parking on Breckenridge not a pretty site.

Although I do not own a dog at this time, I do love them. If homeowners with dog(s) want a dog park, they should be the ones responsible for the cost(s). We have some irresponsible dog owners who are not picking up after their dogs. Our dogs always did their business in our backyard, and we handled the clean up. Here some owners allow their dogs to do their business on their neighbors lawns while they keep theirs clean. Consider the neighbors in and around the dog park. Even though we pick up after our dogs, the odor of pee and feces penetrates the ground. Eventually homeowners will be smelling those odors. They have a right to (all) agree if they want this dog park in their area. There is much to be considered and everyone is not going to agree and/or be happy. Noble Creek has a dog park. It isn't really that far away. And there is plenty of room for your dog(s) to run/exercise. Love your dog but also love your neighbor.

There are so many reasons not to have this in our community. Board members should take note; you can be sued individually as well as a whole for the potential issues that will arise. I have lived through such a calamity at another HOA community in Orange County. It's just not worth it. Everyone will pay in the long run.

I just do not feel this area is adequate or well thought out for this community. Beaumont has a dog park and Noble Park allows dogs too. Take a note from other surrounding communities. There are no private dog parks. Please take in to account the other members of the community who do not have dogs or do not want a dog park outside their back yard.

This area is just not suitable at all. It is in full view of many homes and on a main road driving in and out of the community.
Some one is going to get hurt or the dog ran over. What a ridiculous place to put a CORRAL, taking away from the communities beauty and destroying many home owner privacy and peace and quite!
I set in my backyard at the barbeque almost every day enjoy the birds and nature that is there, now it will be ruined by a small percentage of dog owners who what to set on there ass instead of walking there dog.

The amenities available at Four Seasons are for the use and pleasure that benefit the entire community. A dog park would only benefit an exclusive group of special interest residents who are dog owners. However, the costs would be subsidized by ALL homeowners.
I am a dog lover and owner, but I have to concur that there are too many fiscal, legal and other unseen issues that would negatively impact the entire community for the exclusive enjoyment of dog owner residents.
