This petition has been created to have Mrs Hatchard reinstated as TA at LMPS. she is such a valued member of the teaching staff and the children are devastated that she has had to leave due to a holiday issue. In times where staffing is under pressure it seems a crazy decision by the school/ trust to allow this to happen. The children want her back, and so do the parents!
Its so unfair to the children, even if a replacement is sourced, she would be back from holiday. So let her have her holiday and then comeback!!!! it's not that hard to do the right thing for the children and give them structure, instead of upsetting them and causing disruption. They will say that they kid's and adapt to change, but to see that many kids devastated at her leaving was heart breaking. Have a heart Trust / school whichever called it x

Thus far Miss Hatchard has been the most poignant and influential person in my sons school journey and mine with him. She has not only supported him on his journey to understand himself and his autism but she has supported me too.

Seems a rather short sighted reaction.

Its seems a very unfair decision to force Miss Hatchard leave when the circumstances are out of her control and no fault of her own. The staff community at LMPS would understand that this would be an isolated event.

Mrs Hatchard is a massive part of my daughter's school life, and has helped her through many times at school. My daughter is devastated that she is leaving. She is one of the best TA's I've ever met!
