I do this for a living. Please help.

Have been in just under 3 years,my friends are always having to repeat stuff and my left ear has chronic pains.

I am a victim of this. Head aches and dizziness and random times, definitely an issue. Also potential nerve damage, but either way, ears and head always hurting.
