We need to not be limited in followers. I have unfollowed all red checks so I can make friends. TS is in danger of imploding over this.

I personally don't care about the follower cap because I never expect to get to 7500 to start with so it will never be an issue for me, but the member verification is SUPER important! I am a nobody but I CAN and will prove my identity if that would attain the red check.

If I have to have a verified Twitter or FB account to be verified on TS then I’ll never be verified on TS because I dropped FB in 2010 and I dropped Twitter in November 2020
