Stop the IOW council bringing in the ban of dogs in public spaces

The beach is the only place which I feel safe walking my elderly dog. The sea help his tired muscles and bones.

There is more rubbish on the beaches than the dogs leave, try banking teenagers instead.

As a very recent dog owner l have already become away of the lack of space and freedom on the island for people and dogs alike. This will even further restrict our lives.

Where would you be able to exercise large dogs.
We had 2 very well trained Rhodesian Ridgebacks who use St. Helens duver for exercise daily.
Don’t know what we would have done without it.

Ridiculous idea. Once again its the minority of irresponsible dog owners who spoil it for the majority, who are sensible and responsible dog owners.

Seems the IWCC are rushing this through behind our backs. I think it's the yobs they should be targeting, after all we are paying extra for our Police, so where are they?

I agree with the cemetary ban but strongly object to the proposal to ban dogs from beaches and parks.

Our dog is v well behaved and would sorely miss being in public places and the beach, we always clean up after her

Why would this be brought in. We struggle with tourism as it is and being dog friendly is only a positive to bring revenue to the island

Totally ridiculous, we just moved over here 6 months ago because it was so dog friendly, after holidaying here lots with our dogs, we have an old dog 14 1/2 yrs old, who has arthritic paws so needs to walk on grassed areas, flat pavements & soft sand which is her favourites along with plodging & swimming another reason we moved here! This will reduce her quality of life :-(
