I have a daughter who is this age. I cannot even imagine this families pain. Why would our justice system even consider letting this man out!? It's only a matter of time before he re-offends. Keep our children safe!!!! Keep him behind bars!!
It seems pretty obvious based on his history that he is sick in his mind and very likely to subject another innocent to his illness. He is safe in jail as are other children. Thirteen years is certainly not enough time to pay for the taking of a life.
Brandon was a classmate of my daughter and I remeber having to take my 9 year old child to a funeral home to say good bye to a friend. It was heart breaking to say the least. What this predator did to Brandon effected too many lives. He needs to stay in prison.
Please do not victimize this family again by granting this sick individual parole. They still suffer every day. Guaranteed he will be back in jail again but not before he has destroyed another family. Please spare the people of this monster. Thank you.
I remember reading about this in the news when it happened and I cried for this poor family as I had just become a mother myself that year. I send my deepest condolences to them and I hope the murderer is kept behind bars where he belongs.

Canada is to light with it's murders. At least have him do his full term. Canada releases it murders way to soon. We are to soft. This was an innocent child that faught off rape, and was murdered. Please consider my thoughts on this. Much respect Renee G.
