Someone who has harmed multiple children in this violent and despicable way should never be free to walk the streets again. As a survivor of childhood rape and molestation I attest to the fact that it takes years to learn to cope, if ever. If that were your child what would you want?

I believe this person should never be allowed out of prison ever. He should be DO'd. He is definitely a dangerous offender. Please think of the family of his victims.

When is it right to kill a child and after only 15 years, walk away with a slap on the wrist. This child can never have his life back...why should Doug have his life back!!!!! He does not deserve it!

I hope the justice system will see our point of view on this matter and do the right thing in keeping the killer in prison for murdering a helpless young child who didn't even get a chance to experience life and the world because of such a deadly act.Please listen to our pleas and keep the killer locked up as he truly deserves.

Children are our future. We need our laws to reflect this and protect all of our youth from these monsters. This type of behavior cannot be rehabilitated. The risk of allowing these people to walk our streets far outweighs the cost to keep them in jail, where they belong for life.
