I will be extremely disgusted and disappointed in our justice system if he walks the streets again. Our legal system needs to PROTECT US and OUR CHILDREN, do your job and make the streets a safer place not a more dangerous one.

I remember reading about this in the news when it happened and I cried for this poor family as I had just become a mother myself that year. I send my deepest condolences to them and I hope the murderer is kept behind bars where he belongs.
