I am sorry this family has to go through this. I am disgusted by our legal system and how it protects criminals! Before he killed this innocent angel he had 2 prior convictions. He will never change, 3 strikes your out, he should remain in jail! Life is life, this baby boy and his family don’t get parole and their baby back.

I hope he stays in prison. This man is my biological father, I am 24, and now have 2 children of my own, I can’t bear to see him be released. I don’t remember much about him, as he was out of my life when I was 2. I feel for this family and cannot imagine how horrible this must be. Tina, I am here to support this petition and I will be hoping he does not get released on day parole.
