It seems pretty obvious based on his history that he is sick in his mind and very likely to subject another innocent to his illness. He is safe in jail as are other children. Thirteen years is certainly not enough time to pay for the taking of a life.

That disgusting monster doesn't deserve to live his life, free view the beauty of this world, free to have relationships, to sleep in a comfortable bed. He robbed that child of a life, he robbed him of the chance to experience life, see the beauty of the world, eat ice cream, feel his mothers life, no high school or college grad, no first time driving, no first kiss, he doesn't even get to feel the most precious right of all, his mother's love.

no person who harms a child intentionally should ever be free from prison ever . why is it even a option to allow such a monster who repeatedly harms children and brakes the law ,to walk free or be placed in the world to repeat his crimes. we as adults have to protect our children and our futures . allowing a disturbed person who harms children even after being punished back into the public is inevitably stupid .
