The justice system must change, life is life, until you die. Never let persons of this type walk the streets again. He has not changed whatsoever, third strike, he's out. Keep him locked up forever. He should never be offered the chance at a 4th strike, and another young person harmed at his hands.

I grew up in Windsor but left in the early 80's for greener pastures. Having come back to the area around 7 yrs ago, I can't believe how badly the city's population has digressed. Not just the crimes committed or the minimal sentences for heinous crimes but the apathy of the residents. Criminals need to know they'll be caught, convicted and made to serve HARD time. Not coddled thru medium and minimum security facilities with all kinds of privileges and early releases. This guy needs to stay in prison for Justice sake!
