Day parole should be left to only people with minor crimes and non-life sentences. This man drugged and murdered a child and has several priors related to this charge. He with out a doubt will be a repeat offender. This man is mentally ill and dangerous which by Canadian laws and definition means he is a danger to himself or other people. Brandon can not get day parole from death, so his killer should not get day parole from his sentence.

This is very unexceptional our justice system does not protect our children from these child predators as I know first hand my 14 year old Daughter was raped by a 42 year old man and she got pregnant by him all he got was 2 years slap on the wrist if this were the states they would never get out there needs to be more done to protect our children so Sorry for her loss of her child.
