It appears that with this man's record that we have been failing our society by not removing this man from our community sooner. Let's show our resolve and keep him away for life. I'm so tired of child killers getting out early and being given light sentences

Any crime against a child is absolutely unforgivable! Especially a horrific tradgety like this! My thoughts and prayers are with this sweet little angel and his family now and forever. KEEP THAT CREEP BEHIND BARS!

He should never be given the freedom to reoffend again. He lost the right to live amongst every other person in society when he originally violated those children. Then he took the life of this little boy. Never should he walk free.

Life for an innocent child's life, child sex predators will prey again, there should be no day parole, or any parole at all! Don't understand why parole boards would even consider, such a thing! Possibly they may reconsider their programs when it's their family/friend loved one that will be the next victim. So sad for the burchell family to have endure such pain, and all others to have to worry about their own children, grandchildren, neighbors children, so on & on. The justice system sentenced him to life in prison, that's it, that's all, no parole what so ever! Maybe an outing on prison grounds, for us taxpayers to absorb, even that's not acceptable! Lamberier is a no contest for rehabilitation, n never will be! He has a sick mind, which unfortunately for him n his family there is no cure n never will be! Lock him up for life, and let's keep our children safe.

The Canadian justice system is a joke. Criminals seem to have more rights than the victims. I’m all for the death penalty. Why should us tax payers be on the hook for the costs involved in allowing these sick monsters to live. You can’t rehabilitate pedophiles and heartless murders.
