To keep this child killer Douglas Lambier in prison

If this man walks the street again I know I will not feel safe. His previous record alone should warrant life in prison. Yet he was allowed out and murdered this boy? That's just wrong.

It's time our justice system starts operating like a real justice system. Tax payers pay into the judicial system to be protected, and for proper justice to be carried out. Way too often do I read about child killers and child molesters getting out of jail way too early. I have even seen people who have had murder charges against them dropped, even though all evidence pointed to the killer. A prime example is the Somali man in Windsor who was acquitted of killing his son. The man admitted to his guilt, and claimed he's a changed man and that he lost his temper. The courts gave the man 3 years probation and no jail time. And he was not deported back to Somalia. Is this the kind of message our justice system wants to send to these criminals? Walk all over Canadian citizens, kill them, rob them, rape them, and you'll get a slap on the wrist. Our system needs a change to protect he integrity of Canadians rights to safety and freedom with out worry. The law was put out n place to jail people as a deterrent. Sentences need to be more harsh, plain and simple. Thank you for reading
