The laws are a complete joke! Had this man been sentenced properly and accordingly for his first crimes against children this boy would never have endured what he did and would be alive today. So now you are going to give him yet another pass and allow his release to go on to abuse yet another young child! Absolutely absurd and beyond backwards! He should be shot.

I have 2 girls ages 3 & 5 and I couldn't imagine loosing a child. So sorry and hope this monster stays in jail for what he has done.

The mere fact that this sick bastard only got 15 yrs is ludicrous! When are adults going to start to take responsibilty for a childs safety. This boy was failed all the way around. Keep this sick demon behind bars or he will offend again. There is no cure for child rape/molestation and murder.
