I think this is a great idea. I moved here from Anthem and it was definitely a selling feature of my house that it was a golf cart community. We would use it to go to the golf course and community center all the time. It will also keep speeds down in the neighborhood. Great Idea

We agree that a golf cart-friendly community would add to the community atmosphere and be a very convenient way to get to the course/restaurant/friends' houses/rec center, etc, etc.

My wife and I strongly support the use of golf carts on Tuscany streets. We feel it would add to the community atmosphere and be very convenient for taking the kids to the pool or Slice 19.
