We would like to be able to drive our golf carts inside Tuscany roads, NOT on the PRIVATELY OWNED Chimera golf course. Environmentally friendlier than cars, golf carts usually can't exceed 26-28 mph in keeping with TUSCANY speed limits. Most golf carts today are electric. We'd like to drive them to the clubhouse, to Slice 19 restaurant, & to friends' homes within TUSCANY. STREET LEGAL golf carts may be able to go to The Cadence Marketplace & to visit friends in Cadence communities as well. We see no valid reasons why The Tuscany HOA would oppose this. Lawyers see no additional financial liabilities for the HOA or Tuscany, with this golf cart approval. This will NOT IMPACT Chimera's policy that ONLY THEIR golf carts be used by golfers.
