We would like to be able to drive our golf carts inside Tuscany roads, NOT on the PRIVATELY OWNED Chimera golf course. Environmentally friendlier than cars, golf carts usually can't exceed 26-28 mph in keeping with TUSCANY speed limits. Most golf carts today are electric. We'd like to drive them to the clubhouse, to Slice 19 restaurant, & to friends' homes within TUSCANY. STREET LEGAL golf carts may be able to go to The Cadence Marketplace & to visit friends in Cadence communities as well. We see no valid reasons why The Tuscany HOA would oppose this. Lawyers see no additional financial liabilities for the HOA or Tuscany, with this golf cart approval. This will NOT IMPACT Chimera's policy that ONLY THEIR golf carts be used by golfers. Please sign this petition so residents may have the golf cart option. This petition MUST ONLY be signed by TUSCANY residents.

Would love this! Most golf communities have them.... but with a caveat that only licensed drivers can use them. No joy-riding kids.
I think this is a great idea. I moved here from Anthem and it was definitely a selling feature of my house that it was a golf cart community. We would use it to go to the golf course and community center all the time. It will also keep speeds down in the neighborhood. Great Idea
My wife and I strongly support the use of golf carts on Tuscany streets. We feel it would add to the community atmosphere and be very convenient for taking the kids to the pool or Slice 19.
Need to make sure the golf carts have valid insurance. Usually your homeowners policy only covers them if you are on the golf course or driving it to or from the golf course. There would be no coverage inder the homeowners policy if you use it for any other purpose.
Most gated communities allow residents' use of golf carts within their development. It also increases socialization amongst residents in that it's easy to pull over to the side of the road or into a driveway to speak with walking neighbors.
Golf carts are awesome, and environmentally friendly!
Golf carts should be allowed for a good course community!
