Sent me the wrong tickets and just keep sending me a generic reply saying they are right and therefore they cannot offer a refund or exchange. I have paid almost £500 for 2 rubbish seats!

I purchased 3 ariana grande ticket That ticket is way too expensive. That money that i used was a my hardwork for 3months i'm not rich and yet i choose to buy that cause my dream is to watch ariana live but sdaly These people are monster! They're scammer they deserve to be punished! All those sleepless nights are useless now I feel devastated I thought its my best birthday ever

Viagogo processed the order despite my cancelling it at review stage. Money taken out of my account despite request not to and now they won't refund.
