hidden booking fees of $100 and lots of banners declaring that only 1% of tickets remaining when that clearly wasn't the case. unethical behaviour and clearly should not be able to pay for adwords on google to get top spots for searches.

Another Viagogo victim. Consumers are tricked into thinking this is a legitimate business since it is at the top of the google search and big companies like Paypal are affiliated with them. With 100s of 1000s of people being ripped off action needs to taken immediately!

Very easy to take this as an official seller. They don't advertise clearly that they are a reseller. On my iPhone the full price was displayed after I had confirmed purchase. The messsages designed to make you hurry are distracting. I feel mugged.

Sold me overpriced home side tickets to a European football match only to find I was seated in the away section. Luckly stadium staff re-allocated me as they said if I were to go into the away section it would be "very dangerous" for me.

Viagogo cancelled first transaction so bought tickets elsewhere then an hour later to the second they took £485.60 fraudulently without authorisation - they don't engage despite emails calls and tweets - reported to the police and Action Fraud .
