The owner of several moblie homes located on W. La Osa St., in Tucson, Az had been denying his tenants requests to repair broken, unsafe or unsanitary living enviroments. On occasion he has taken these tenants to court to have them evicted for non-payment of rent, when the tenant has just withheld the rent til the repairs have been fixed. We the tenants petition Homer Clounch Landlord of moblie homes located on W La Osa St. to do the following; The landlord Homer Clounch shall fix repairs within a timely maner. After a written repair note has been given to the landlord, he shall respond within 24hrs to the tenant and give a time frame as to when the Said repair will be looked at, and then repaired.
