Veterans Chapter of Puerto Rico Pro Medicinal Cannabis
Dear / Dear Veteran: As you know, the bill is about to become a bill to regulate the medicinal use of cannabis. This will only be a first step and then in future laws to provide veterans and veterans with access to medical cannabis in particular. We are many thousands veterans and veterans who have the right to this remedy on the Island, as do our brothers and sisters in many states of the United States. Our Chapter has been and continues to be a pioneer in lobbying for medical cannabis. But we can not do it all alone. Politicians and lawmakers listen and listen to us when thousands of voices together make a fair claim. For this reason, we ask you to endorse this request that we present to the Government of Puerto Rico. We need the support of every Veteran Organization Group. I can't believe a non additive medicine is not approved for veterans in Puerto Rico The doctors have taken away pain killers that veterans use daily to try to maintain their lives and they are left with nothing Legal medical marijuana for veterans in Puerto Rico. These veterans have fought for our country and freedom and now they have to fight the va daily. It's disgusting and the va and Puerto rico should be ashamed. Let veterans live their lives in dignity

At least give us the choice to chose the medication that works for us.

Being a veteran implies so many things that no one knows how being a veteran feels...All the things that we have to go thru and survive. .those times that only us can understand and feel proud of what we have done .. But then it all comes back to the mind in al overwhelming feeling that only you can feel and live.. Those moments are so intense sometimes that it has changed our lives.. and we have to carry with that feeling that some time ago like yesterday we were once those men of honor. .. that we all see and respect
