If if he doesn't hack in CPFL, he's a confirmed hacker in other Roblox games. As a matter of principle, he should be banned. For example, the NFL will suspend players from the league or even ban them if they commit irl crimes. Their crimes have nothing to do with the NFL, but as a matter of principle, they are suspended or banned.
This is the guy that inspired me to use the M16A4 in CPFL, but every time I've been in a server with him he just seemed WAY too accurate. all hackers need to go
