The organiser not responsible to the event . Change 3 times to different venue without any notice. Nvr receive confirmation letter nor email from them.

This is by far the most disappointing run that I have taken part in. It is already inconvenient for us that the event was postponed and now they've decided to change their venue which is difficult for some of us to travel to the destination. I now have zero interest in participating the run and think that a refund is more than reasonable. Please do cancel the event and return the refund to all of us. In the future, please carefully plan the event and don't waste everyone's time with all the inefficient services.

As a customer, i am strongly dissatisfied by the organiser's attitude in handling the whole event inclusive their customer service. I was first had a bad experience with them when I was queuing up for more than 2.5 hours but I was the first 50 customers in the queue. Then, the t-shirt is running out of sizes and colours which they had previously agreed in their official Facebook page that customers has the right to choose the colour. Further, I had submitted the size option few months ago before the race pack collection. Then, they changed the venue several times without a details explanation. Most importantly, they provided a lot of excuses in handling refund issues and given us a fake address to get our refund. I hope these issues could bring forward to the related authorities for further action. Thank you.

My friend and I am not able to attend due to the change of date because we have exam. Although we can make it, the run is only 1 day away but they haven't announce the route yet, no details were given. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this.

Changed the event date.. changed event venue, not just one time but TWICE! To much less attractive ones. With passive and last minutes announcements at its own Facebook page. Extremely irresponsible organizer which cheated our money. All I got now is mainly a lousy T-shirt as I cannot keep up to the changes the organizer simply making on their own. You think all the runners live just for this Glow Run? Are we suppose to take whatever changes you made? Why not change the date to a 30 February and the venue to Moon?

It is a truly dissapointment, caused by inconsiderate organization. I was so looking forward to it as it was such a great global event but our local organization ruined it. Chances has been given again and again, this is unbearable. Refund please.

Worst organizee that i ever since that unconfirmed venue since race pack collection until now. One month past, still cant see any improvement on the organizer efforts on organizing this event! Yet, venue still change on the last minutes! Such an irresponsible organizer!

The organizer is irresponsible to the participants and did not provide full details on how to proceed the refund after the the run being rescheduled. The hotline also cannot get through. They also not promptly reply enquiries through email and now they claimed the refund period is over. This is my first signing up for a run and the organizer give me such a bad experience!
