I want to request for refund. The poor arrangement by the organizor is totally unacceptable by postponed the run date and change the place again and again.

this is a total failed event, changed date and location twice! And the announcement is only made two days before event., how do they expect all participant to be aware, and worst of all expect us to travel out of kl city centre for refund. I demand a full refund without returning any of the race pack items. It has already caused us too much trouble.

Refund us the full amount without charging the rm8 processing fees!! And also don't make us travel just to return the worthless race kit.

They show us the poor management in the first changes, not responsible at all! Also announced at last minute made so inconvenient! So when the second time they relocated at shah alarm I decided to refund, and they show rude to us as they reply this is not a cancellation show!! I am not possible to participate any of events from this organiser again!!! Never!!!
