My family is still waiting for the refund they promised us after this disaster. We need to hit one hundred signatures quickly so they cannot brush off our growing demand for accountability.

Seeing the count climb toward five hundred makes me realize how many of us were cheated by this event. I need you to push this link to your social feeds right now so we have the leverage to force a refund.

This is liar organiser. Changed date , even worst changed the venue for two times ! as I knew even set the refund counter at unused shop & nobody there only put A4 paper notice request call a number but as expected nobody pick up phone.
I request for a full refund due to numbers of postponed n venues changed. My schedule were planned and it's irresponsible that we just received the notification via SMS and moreover status posted on FB page, just ONE day before the run!
1. Venue was changed from Menara KL to Dataran Merdeka 2. Event date was postponed 3 days before the run 3. Event venue was changed again from Dataran Merdeka to Setia City mall 3 days before the run. 4. On top of that, they are charging RM8 processing fee for the refund.
My friend and I am not able to attend due to the change of date because we have exam. Although we can make it, the run is only 1 day away but they haven't announce the route yet, no details were given. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this.
Totally disappointed on the organizer to be crushing a run that would have been fun. Too fed up with all changes. I feel ashamed that I was the one who asked my friends to tag along for the run. Totally embarrassed!

Unsafe marathon experience as cars can still access into runner race and insufficient amount of polices & staffs. No obstacles as promised. Poor preparation and distribution of glow stick + glow powder + metal + certificate + drinks. Not a fun music & glow night run as promised
