The present government in India have lot of schemes for visually challenged people. But the problem arises whether these schemes are properly utilised by them. The visually challenged people has a very good knowledge about the schemes. But our eyes will be teared out of tears when they says about their need and suffering. Government is ready to give free laptop for students but not even a single MP3 player for the visually challenged students, no properly printed Braille books, No health centers, etc, etc. The available government schemes for visually challenged are apart from their needs.
