we actually pulled it off and the shirts are good to go for field day. thanks to everyone who backed this because it wouldnt have happened without you. see you all out there in our custom gear.

The school is not allowing us to cut our field day shirts this year so this petition is for being able to cut our field day shirts (In an appropriate fashion) sign if you agree. Spread this to all of your friends and try to get teachers to sing. I do not understand why the teaches are all making such a big deal about us cutting out shirts, that the best part of field day!
as long as we follow the rules this is such a superb part of field day! i hope everyone remebers to keep the shirt cutting appropriate! see you guys on the tug of war field!!
Ya its no fun if we cant do anything to the shirts honestly at least the middle school should be able to because we are in middle school and that is part of our freedom
The Encyclopedia Approves (@_@) <|- /\ Why should we have to suffer for the problems of the people who did it LAST YEAR!
All years before we got to cut the shirts and all of us had fun with it. Why take it away from us this year.

I am always in favor of students taking initiative to change the way things are. Petitions are a noble way of standing together and showing the world that you stand together in solidarity. If you are successful, I will be curious to see if the promise to cut the field day shirts "in an appropriate fashion" is kept - if it is, then you will have done well. Good luck.
