In efforts of preserving TNR and promoting future game play, we, the players, present this petition to the balance team / Forum for consideration. Updates have been heavily focused on jutsu and BL, leaving little to no say from the players. We would like our voices and suggestions heard and discussed fairly. Below is a list of suggestions, made by random players. 

ANBU & clan updates - extended boosts, items, no longer recruits

Loyalty bonus'  revamped or extended

Higher syndicate camp rates - no room in the desert for deluxe tents?

Surgery option for syndicate

Bounty hunter likeness for syndicate
syndicate clans
Syndicate med ninjas

Clan wars (separate from the current war system) 
Revamped war system - to be discussed
More events - OP reward items not needed 

Even stat caps between ranks

Tier jutsu returned

kage under positions - village elders/kage council (voted on or challenged, lower ranks only) 

more suggestions greatly appreciated but please try to exclude jutsu and BL updates since they're already on the forum and busy being ignored!  - Please keep in mind that by signing, you can remain anonymous if you wish and don't need to agree with the suggestions above but can agree that changes should be made.
