In efforts of preserving TNR and promoting future game play, we, the players, present this petition to the balance team / Forum for consideration. Updates have been heavily focused on jutsu and BL, leaving little to no say from the players. We would like our voices and suggestions heard and discussed fairly. More events - OP reward items not needed 

Even stat caps between ranks
