When in the course of American events, our federal government, once established by and for The People, becomes the oppressor and tyrant over The People, it is incumbent on every man and woman who loves freedom to join together in loyal opposition and protest against the abuses of that government.

Our national government, once displaying the honor of statesmen and patriots, now violates our Constitution and liberty with every egregious act… reveling in their defiance of the American people, breaking their own rules and laws, confiscating the wealth of the People, forcing us to participate in their unconstitutional programs, and plunging us into debt that threatens our very future.

Our federal government has long since abandoned those simple and essential principles of our nation's founding. Therefore, we have come to a time when there are but two choices: Do nothing, allowing the last of our freedoms and opportunities to be exchanged for scraps from our master’s table, or Renew the struggle for liberty and justice first begun by our forefathers.

We, The Undersigned Citizens of the State of Tennessee, HAVE CHOSEN TO RISE UP… And, make a stand for our birthright of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!

We hereby demand that the duly appointed attorney general of Tennessee IMMEDIATELY commence legal action as necessary to restore and preserve the powers reserved to the State of Tennessee under the TENTH AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and the powers and rights of the citizens of Tennessee under the NINTH AMENDMENT, against actions currently being taken by the government of the United States of America which are not authorized by the powers granted to that government under the authority of ARTICLE 1, SECTION 8 OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION.

We urge you to SERVE us as Attorney General of our state and begin by filing a lawsuit against our Federal Government for their unconstitutional, arbitrary actions, specifically regarding health care, AND GENERALLY REGARDING ANY AND ALL ACTIONS NOT AUTHORIZED BY SPECIFIC ENUMERATION IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.
